We are not a spice company. We are a sourcing company that sells spices.
Our Story
Arth started with a simple frustration: the spices available on Indian shelves — even the expensive ones — were blended, bulked, and dyed to look better than they were.
We went back to the farms. We drove to Rajasthan's mandi yards, to Karnataka's pepper estates, to the chilli belts of Andhra and Gujarat — and we asked farmers the same question: what do you actually grow, and what are you willing to put your name on?
Arth is built on those conversations. Every product on our shelf is sourced directly from a farm we have visited, tested by a lab we trust, and packed the same week it leaves the field. No middlemen adding margins and masking quality. No warehouse aging. No blending.Just honest spices, honestly sold.

No batch leaves without a lab report.Every lot of Arth spice is tested for moisture content, foreign matter, microbial count, and colour value before it is cleared for packaging. We do not self-certify. We test.

We farm the future, not just the harvest.Our farm partners use practices that restore soil rather than exhaust it. We pay above-market prices and sign multi-season agreements — so our farmers can plan ahead, not just survive.
Transparency
You can always ask us where it came from.Every Arth product is traceable to its source farm. We publish our sourcing regions and hold certifications from FSSAI, APEDA, the Spice Board of India, and the US FDA. Nothing is hidden.
Our Process
Sourcing
Directly from farms we have visited.We only partner with certified farms that practice traditional and sustainable agriculture. No brokers. No aggregators. We know every field by name.
Processing
Processed to preserve, not extend shelf life.Our spices are cleaned, dried, and ground using methods that protect their volatile oils — the compounds that give each spice its heat, fragrance, and colour. We do not use high-heat industrial grinding.
Testing
Every batch, tested. Every time.Rigorous third-party quality testing for purity, potency, moisture, and microbial safety. We do not ship anything that does not clear this bar. Non-negotiable.
Packaging
Packed to lock in what took months to grow.Sealed in airtight, food-safe packaging on the day of processing. Our shelf life is built on freshness — not preservatives.

Arth holds active certifications from FSSAI (India's apex food safety authority), the Spice Board of India, APEDA (Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority), and the US FDA. These are not badges. They are the minimum standard we hold ourselves to.
